Delivery Policy – The Grand Home Appliances
1. Delivery Service Within the State of Qatar
The Grand Home Appliances provides home delivery services for all orders within the State of Qatar.
Delivery is offered free of charge for orders valued at QAR 500 or more.
For orders below QAR 500, a fixed delivery fee of QAR 30 applies within Doha and QAR 40 for areas outside Doha.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We strive to deliver all orders within 24 to 48 hours from the date of order confirmation, excluding Fridays and official public holidays.
Some products may require additional preparation or coordination time. In such cases, our customer service team will contact the customer directly to confirm the delivery schedule.
3. Peak Periods and Promotional Campaigns
During peak periods such as major sales, seasonal events, or special promotional campaigns, delivery time may extend to 1–5 business days depending on order volume and product availability.
4. Responsibility for Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and clear delivery address to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in:
* Delivery delays
* Additional charges
* Order cancellation
The Grand Home Appliances reserves the right to take appropriate action if the provided information is inaccurate.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees—when applicable—are non-refundable once the delivery has been successfully completed.
6. Order Receipt and Product Inspection
The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and ensure it is in good condition before the delivery team leaves.
Once the delivery process is completed, the product is considered received in good condition.
