Return & Exchange Policy – The Grand Home Appliances
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

The product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect after technical inspection.
The product specifications do not match the details officially provided by The Grand Home Appliances.
A key feature listed in the product description is missing or non-functional.

All requests are subject to a full technical inspection by our authorized service center or our internal team.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange Approval

To ensure acceptance of the request, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned within fifteen (15) days from the purchase date.
The original invoice must be presented.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its full packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received at the time of purchase.
The technical inspection must confirm that the issue is not caused by misuse or improper handling.

A return or exchange will not be accepted if:

The product was used incorrectly, overloaded, mishandled, or used for commercial purposes while intended for household use.
The product has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized party.
The product has been damaged due to liquids, falls, impact, or improper storage.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any condition:

Polti steam devices
Cleaning and sanitation devices
Disinfection and antibacterial devices
Dry steam machines
Aroma and purification devices
Any product used for hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, or environmental sanitization

These products cannot be resold once opened or used.

Additionally, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Consumable accessories such as filters, cloths, and hoses
Spare parts
Items that show signs of use or installation

4. Home Appliances (Westinghouse & Elle Home)

Returns or exchanges for Westinghouse and Elle Home electrical appliances are accepted only if:

A manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection
The replacement will be made with the same model only

Change of mind or dissatisfaction after use is not accepted.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:

Cash payments: refunded in cash or via bank transfer to the same customer name listed on the invoice.
Credit or debit card payments: refunded to the same card according to the bank’s processing time.
Pay Later transactions: refundable only during the first billing cycle; beyond that, a store credit voucher will be issued.

6. General Notes

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
Purchasing from The Grand Home Appliances indicates full acceptance of this policy.
