Warranty & Repair Policy – The Grand Home Appliances
1. Warranty Coverage

All electronic devices, home appliances, and cleaning solutions purchased from The Grand Home Appliances are covered by an official one-year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product or its warranty card.

All products sold are 100% original, sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or certified distributors.

The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product and covers manufacturing defects in accordance with each brand’s terms and conditions.

Warranty claims will only be accepted if the product has been used according to the specified guidelines and intended purpose, and if the original invoice and warranty card (if applicable) are presented.

Customers may submit their products for after-sales service or inspection at our main showroom or any authorized service center in Qatar.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect voltage supply, physical damage, exposure to liquids, negligence, improper storage, removal or alteration of the serial number, repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties, or commercial use of household devices unless specified.

The Grand Home Appliances reserves the right to accept or reject any warranty claim after full inspection.

3. Repair Process and Timelines

Repair timelines depend on the product type, service center diagnosis, and the availability of spare parts.

If the repair process exceeds fifteen (15) days, the customer will be provided with a temporary replacement unit free of charge, subject to availability and product category.

If the product cannot be repaired within thirty (30) days, it will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. If no replacement is available, a full refund of the purchase value will be issued.

The maximum liability of The Grand Home Appliances for any defective product shall not exceed the original purchase value listed on the invoice.

4. Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty does not cover remote controls, filters, cloths, consumable items, batteries, accessories, or parts that naturally wear out with use.
